Defence has large inventory to be out-sourced. Thus it has the potential to promote large number of industries, where as the contribution of the private sector industries at present for defence production is paltry. ‘Defence Production Policy’ of MOD is tender based and it gives equal opportunities to different enterprises to compete with alike industries. We as consultants provide vide range of business by hunting out the agencies needing support and by carefully selecting right type of products to be supplied keeping in mind the competency of the industry. Many times small deviation in the existing facilities without major investment, makes the industry qualify to supply the product. Such deviations are suggested for larger growth of the industry.
