The governments in last 10years have been very proactive to remain globally relevant in military power. Government has realised and is convinced that the defence procurement processes and internal infrastructure that was created more than 50 years back is outdated and irrelevant under current global scenario.
In order to realize research and development efforts related to defence development and production to boost up import substitution and development of new products, we create strong linkages between DRDO labs. IIT/NIT and academic institutions of high repute with private sector industries of all types so as to create an environment of innovation, research and development.
Our company comprises of highly qualified management and engineering experts with tremendous amount of defence background both in operations, R&D and procurement work.
Management comprises of Chairman and three directors who are Engineering Graduation/Post Graduates and have retired form Defence/PSU with 35-40 years of experience in various fields. Two of the Directors are stationed at Gorgon & Noida. They are rendering defence consultancy services in respect of clients in their region.
Our current Defence Import bill is over Rs. 100,000 Cr. per annum and our experts estimate that 50% of the same can be easily indigenized. Year over year our Defence budget is increasing by 11-12% and MOD has been continuously pressing GOI for an increase. The defence budget for the year 2018-19 is over Rs. three lakh crore and a significant amount of this will go into procurement of hardware both from domestic and foreign sources.
